Hearing Aid Cleaning

Regular cleaning, along with routine maintenance will keep the hearing aids working reliably and extend their useful life.

Cleaning Brush with Screwdriver

A soft-bristled brush is essential for hearing aid. It helps remove dirt, dust, dandruff, and any other particulates that naturally find their way to settle around the shell exterior.

Multi-function cleaning tool. Brush away any wax or skin debris from the surface of hearing aids and domes.
Use the screwdriver on the other end to gently adjust the screws on the hearing aids.

Steel Ring Brush

This multitool has a wire loop for clearing wax, a brush for cleaning and a small magnet on top to help with removing and fitting batteries.

The brush on this tool is also slightly larger than on other wax removing tools.

Tubes & Domes

Our tubes and domes are pre-sized, reusable earpieces designed to fit in the ear comfortably. The domes vary from open domes to closed domes as well as magic domes for minimum feedback.

Thick Tube & Earhook Kit

An earhook and thick tube combination are often used when a hearing aid needs to deliver more sound to the ear than the typical standard thin tube can produce.

The thick tubes have a greater diameter of tube available, which allows more sound to transmit to the ear. The earhook is simply an adapter that allows for the thicker tube to connect with the hearing aid.

Open & Closed Domes

Open domes are recommended for those with a mild to moderate hearing loss. They provide a more natural sound but can cause feedback at high volume settings.

A closed dome is intended to reduce the noise from outside the hearing aid, so the sound level can be raised more aggressively.

Magic Domes

The Magic Dome is a hybrid dome with features of both the open and closed dome. Because it has very small vents it can provide greater gain than the open dome but with less feedback.

This is (1) one 3 ft cable, equipped with a USB 2.0 fitting on one end that fits into either a standard USB 2.0 port on your computer or a single or dual wall adapter for use with most US electrical wall outlets.

Charger Cable Adaptor

This wall adapter is for use with the EZCharge® Cable and IMHear's Rechargeable Hearing Aids. This product includes (1) single charging port and is capable of charging only 1 hearing aid at a time.
