5 Easy Steps

To place an order with simply contact us by phone or email and let us know what items from our products page interest you and the quantities you would like to order. In the same communication, please also provide us with your complete shipping address, so we may obtain an accurate shipping quote for your order.

1. Please send us a price inquiry via email sales@imhearusa.com or phone call 1+ (630) 395-9628.
2. We will send you quote and negotiate pricing details for you.
3. After an agreement is made, you will then send us a payment and we will arrange the production.
4. Once production is complete, you will receive a tracking number for your order.
5. Order finished and after-sale service and follow up will be conducted.

All of our products are made by hand when an order is placed. Keeping this in mind, larger orders will usually ship within 2-5 business days. If we expect any delay in processing your order past this estimate we will contact you within 24 hours of order placement.

We offer a variety of wholesale products, like hearing aids, hearing protection devices, hearing aid accessories, more. The large majority of our merchandise offers are constantly available, and most are listed on our products page.

Because we are constantly expanding the inventory of wholesale merchandise we offer, the best way to find out more about our offers is by emailing our Sales Office at sales@imhearusa.com.

The processing time frame of an order depends on the merchandise and the quantities purchased. If it’s a small quantity and we have it in stock, it usually takes 2-5 business days to process and ship out an order after the customer’s order and payment are confirmed.

Now, if a customer orders a large quantity or if many orders are placed for a specific lot category, we may need more time for our engineering department to fulfill the order. This process can take up to 4-7 business days. In total, for most large orders, the most it should take is about 7-10 business days to process and ship an order.

We will always notify the customer constantly on the status of their order, every step of the way. Also, keep in mind that processing times for orders do not include shipping transit times, which depend on innumerable factors.
